What you’ll be doing:
- Guest Relations: Be the friendly face that greets our guests, ensuring their stay is nothing short of perfection.
- Operations Management: Keep the ship sailing smoothly by overseeing daily operations and coordinating with various departments.
- Problem Solving: Handle guest inquiries and issues with a smile, turning any hiccup into a positive experience.
- Compliance: Ensuring the business and staff are abided by licensing conditions and RSA regulations
- Financials: Safe counts, DTS data importing and cash reconciliation
- Team Leadership: Inspire and motivate our amazing staff to deliver top-notch service.
What we’re looking for:
- 1-2 years experience in a similar role
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- A positive, can-do attitude
- Ability to think on your feet and handle challenges with grace
- Passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences
